About this position
- Identify potential Publishers/Vendors and establish connections with the right person to Onboard them.
- Explain our affiliate programs, understand the Publisher/Vendors requirements provide an immediate solutions
- Building relationships with Publishers/Vendors while ensuring that the publishers/Vendors meet client commitments on time with the highest quality solution
- Identify and troubleshoot any situations complaints directly coming from the Publishers/Vendors with an immediate solution in alignment with the operations team
- Maintain all communications in email as a record
- Create roadmaps for projects and potential Publishers
- Gradually take on more responsibility and have a bigger impact take on more challenging tasks, mentor others
Skills We Are Looking For
- No Minimum working experience is needed. A previous client/Vendors servicing experience will be a bonus
- Extremely good command of spoken and written English
- People-pleasing ability with a highly presentable personality
- Should be able to build presentations and prepare adequate documents for Publisher/Vendors meetings
- The methodical approach in pitching and excellent Publisher/Vendors follow up
- Should possess the ability to connect well with people across teams
- Self-motivated, very eager to learn, with strong logical reasoning skills
- Passion for quality
